1. Booking Enquiries & Rates

All room rates and event packages are negotiated and finalized offline. There are no automated payments processed on this website. Rates depend on seasonality, holidays, and specific weekend occupancies.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Hours

Our standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you plan to arrive early or check out late, please inform us in advance so we can verify if the room is vacant.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Since all payments and reservations are processed offline directly with the hotel management, cancellation conditions, deposit requirements, and refunds must be confirmed with our managers (Gourav Jana or Swapan Manna) during your offline booking confirmation process. Please clarify cancellation terms before transferring any booking deposits.
